How it works

Each cast of Blizzard costs 150 Mana.

  1. Effect 1 is Persistent Area Aura (effect type 27). It applies aura type 3. Its base value is 104 per tick. It scales with 1 times spell power. Its area radius is 10 yards. It ticks every 2 sec, 5 times over the full 10 sec (520 base in total).

What it does

Blizzard is a Frost spell with a 1 sec cast, a range of 30 yards and effects that last 10 sec. When cast it leaves a persistent area effect on the ground in a 10 yard radius every 2 sec.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the MoP Classic client, build 5.5.4.70531. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
