How it works
It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.
Frost Blast is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 12. Its area radius is 10 yards.
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. Its area radius is 10 yards. It ticks every 1 sec, 5 times over the full 5 sec.
What it does
Frost Blast is a spell with an instant cast, an unlimited range, a 5 sec cooldown and effects that last 5 sec. When cast it applies an aura in a 10 yard radius and applies an aura in a 10 yard radius every 1 sec.
