The Red Drake is being held in place.

Net

How it works

Net is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 26.
Effect 2 is effect type 140, which the datamine does not name. It triggers Net Summon Effect.

What it does

Net is a spell with an instant cast, an unlimited range and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura. The client files the whole spell under the rooted mechanic. It also casts Net Summon Effect.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the MoP Classic client, build 5.5.4.70268. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
