How it works

It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 8. Its base value is 850 per tick. It ticks every 1 sec, 10 times over the full 10 sec (8500 base in total).

What it does

Repair is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 10 sec cooldown and effects that last 10 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 1 sec.
