How it works
Each cast of Fear costs 35 Mana. Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its dispel type is client id 1. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

What it does
Fear is a Shadow spell with an instant cast, a range of 20 yards and effects that last 8 sec. When cast it applies an aura. The client files the whole spell under the fleeing mechanic.
