How it works

Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 3 min. It triggers Inactive.

What it does

Idle is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 3 min. When cast it applies an aura every 3 min. It also casts Inactive.
