How it works
Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

What it does
Blink is a Nature spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 1 sec. When cast it leaps the caster up to 15 yards and applies an aura.
