Home / Sounds Every sound a WoW player knows by ear, in one place: the level-up fanfare, the quest-complete chime, the auction house bell, the murloc gurgle, the ready check. Press play on any card to hear it right here, or open its page to download it as an MP3, an iPhone ringtone (.m4r) or an OGG file for a Discord soundboard.
Each sound is taken from the game client and named the way players talk about it. Every page gives the file's client path and FileDataID, its exact length, and notes on where you hear it in game.

Browse by use WoW Ringtones Longer World of Warcraft sounds that hold up when your phone rings: login themes, victory fanfares, the clock alarm and a few boss voices. Each one is trimmed from a file that ships in the game client. 22 sounds WoW Notification Sounds Short interface cues that already mean 'something happened' in Azeroth, so they map neatly onto texts, emails and app alerts. Whispers, friend logins, coin jingles and quest chimes are the most useful here. 18 sounds WoW Discord Sound Clips Quick clips for a Discord soundboard: laughs, taunts, murlocs and the odd error buzz. These are the snappy ones that land in a second or two without talking over the call. 18 sounds Raid and PvP Sounds The audio of group content: ready checks, raid warnings, boss alerts, queue pops and the battleground horns and fanfares that bracket a match. Most of these were designed to cut through a noisy fight. 16 sounds Creature and Boss Sounds Voices from Azeroth's residents, from the murloc's gurgle and the kobold's candle panic to raid bosses like Ragnaros, C'Thun, Kel'Thuzad and the Lich King. The Warcraft III peon and peasant lines are here too. 20 sounds Classic Interface Sounds The everyday interface sounds that defined the original game: dinging, turning in quests, opening the Auction House, rummaging through your bags and finding flight paths. Nearly all of these are unchanged in Classic today. 19 sounds The classics All sounds A to Z Interface (47) Spell (15) Creature (29) Item (10) Emote (9) Music (4) Ambience (2)
