How it works
Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

What it does
Blast Wave is a Fire spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 6 sec. When cast it deals Fire damage (base value 122) in a 10 yard radius and applies an aura in a 10 yard radius. The client files the whole spell under the incapacitated mechanic.
