How it works

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 0.5 sec, 4 times over the full 2 sec. It triggers Fragment.

What it does

Fragment is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 2 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 0.5 sec. It also casts Fragment (record #126418).

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the MoP Classic client, build 5.5.4.70531. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
