Freezing Trap

Launch a frost trap to the target location that freezes the first enemy that approaches, preventing all action for up to 1 min and removing all harmful damage over time effects. Any damage caused will break the ice and then reduce the victim's movement speed by 0% for 4 sec. The critical strike chance of all your ranged abilities is increased by% against the target until the effect is broken. Only one target can be Freezing Trapped at a time. Trap will exist for 1 min.
