Gold farming in WoW Midnight
Gold farming is just turning play time into gold you can spend - or into a WoW Token for game time and Battle.net balance. The most reliable income in the current Midnight patch comes from gathering: herbalism, mining and fishing have low startup cost, scale with simple route knowledge, and feed materials that get consumed every raid week, so prices hold up instead of crashing. That is why our route guides focus on the gathering professions first.
What separates a good farm from a bad one is rarely the route - it is knowing what the materials are actually worth right now. Herbs, ore and fish are commodities, which means the Auction House prices them per region (US, EU, KR, TW), the same on every realm in that region. Every guide on this site links the materials it covers to a price page, so you can see what a node is worth before you spend an hour farming it, and switch zones when the market moves.
