How it works
Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met. It can proc at most once every 3 sec.
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 42. It triggers Mind Rot.
What it does
Mind Rot is a Shadow spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura. It also casts Mind Rot (record #115144).
