How it works

Net is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

Effect 2 is Trigger Spell (effect type 64). Its base value is 1. It triggers Net Guard.

What it does

Net is a spell with an instant cast, a range of 20 yards and effects that last 2 sec. When cast it applies an aura. The client files the whole spell under the rooted mechanic. It also casts Net Guard.
