How it works
Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
Surge of Power is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It scales with 1 times spell power. It ticks every 2 sec, 10 times over the full 20 sec. It triggers Surging Power.
- Effect 2 is Trigger Spell (effect type 64). It triggers Surging Power.
What it does
Surge of Power is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 20 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 2 sec. It also casts Surging Power.
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the MoP Classic client, build 5.5.4.70531. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
