How it works
Each cast of Frost Shock costs 115 Mana. It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its dispel type is client id 1. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
Frost Shock is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 33. Its base value is -50. It applies the ensnared mechanic.
- Effect 2 is School Damage (effect type 2). Its base value is 1080. It scales with 1 times spell power.
What it does
Frost Shock is a Frost spell with an instant cast, a range of 20 yards, a 6 sec cooldown and effects that last 8 sec. When cast it applies an aura with the ensnared mechanic and deals Frost damage (base value 1080).
