How it works
It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its dispel type is client id 1. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

What it does
Frostbolt is a Frost spell with a 2 sec cast, a range of 40 yards, a 3 sec cooldown and effects that last 4 sec. When cast it deals Frost damage (base value 1700) and applies an aura with the ensnared mechanic.
