- Effect 3 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It scales with 1 times spell power. It ticks every 5 sec.
What it does
Cannon Prep is a spell with an instant cast, an unlimited range and effects that last 5 sec. When cast it applies an aura and applies an aura every 5 sec.
