How it works
Each cast of Shield Block costs 10 Rage. It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met. The aura is spent after 1 procs.

Shield Block is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 5 sec cooldown and effects that last 5 sec. When cast it applies an aura.
