Battlegear of the Firebird is a mail armor set covering Head, Shoulder, Chest, Hands and Legs, recorded in the current build as 15 items across those 5 pieces.

That leaves Neck, Back, Wrist, Waist, Feet, Finger and Trinket to be filled from outside the set, 7 of the twelve armor slots.

The pieces run from item level 483 to 509, and each one needs character level 90.

4 of the 5 pieces carry sockets, 6 in total.

Only a Shaman can equip these pieces.

Every piece binds when it is picked up, so no part of this set can be traded or bought from another player.

The client files the set under Classic.

Sold to a vendor those 5 pieces return 168g, and the single piece worth most at a vendor is Firebird's Cuirass at 42g.

The bonuses come in at 2 and 4 pieces, out of the 5 pieces this set can put on a character at once.

Every bonus is live once 4 pieces are on, which leaves 1 slot free for gear from outside the set without losing anything.
