The pieces run from item level 359 to 372, and each one needs character level 85.

5 of the 5 pieces carry sockets, 8 in total.

Only a Shaman can equip these pieces.

Every piece binds when it is picked up, so no part of this set can be traded or bought from another player.

Sold to a vendor those 5 pieces return 99g, and the single piece worth most at a vendor is Tunic of the Raging Elements at 25g.

The bonuses come in at 2 and 4 pieces, out of the 5 pieces this set can put on a character at once.

Every bonus is live once 4 pieces are on, which leaves 1 slot free for gear from outside the set without losing anything.
