ArcaneTooltip
Silence all enemies for 2 sec and restore 2% of your Mana. Non-player victim spellcasting is also interrupted for 3 sec.
How it works
It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its dispel type is client id 1.
Arcane Torrent is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 27. It scales with 1 times spell power. Its area radius is 8 yards.
- Effect 2 is effect type 137, which the datamine does not name. Its base value is 2.
What it does
Arcane Torrent is an Arcane spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 2 min cooldown and effects that last 2 sec. When cast it applies an aura in an 8 yard radius. The client files the whole spell under the silenced mechanic.
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the MoP Classic client, build 5.5.4.70631. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
