Breathes ice on all enemies in front of the caster, inflicting 127500 Frost damage every second for 3 sec. Enemies hit by Arctic Freeze begin to freeze solid and are stunned for 20 sec.
How it works
It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.
Arctic Freeze is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 1 sec, 3 times over the full 3 sec. It triggers Arctic Freeze.
- Effect 2 is Trigger Spell (effect type 64). It triggers Arctic Freeze.
What it does
Arctic Freeze is a Frost spell with a 1 sec cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 15 sec cooldown and effects that last 3 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 1 sec. It also casts Arctic Freeze (record #139842) and Arctic Freeze (record #139843).
