How it works
Its aura has a 10% chance to proc when its trigger condition is met. It can proc at most once every 50 sec.
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 42. It triggers Effervescence.
What it does
Bonus Mana Regen is a spell with an instant cast and no range (it targets the caster). When cast it applies an aura. It also casts Effervescence.
