Permanently attaches a tiny device on your belt, allowing you to create a Cardboard Assassin that enemies will attack. Lasts 15 sec. Can be used once every 5 min.
Can only be used on your own belt, and doing so will cause it to become soulbound. Requires at least 450 skill in Engineering to use.
How it works
- Effect 1 is Enchant Item (effect type 53). Its base value is 1.
What it does
Cardboard Assassin is a spell with a 5 sec cast and no range (it targets the caster). When cast it enchants an item. The client files the whole spell under the discovery mechanic.
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the MoP Classic client, build 5.5.4.70631. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
