How it works

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 1 sec, 15 times over the full 15 sec. It triggers Cauterize.

What it does

Cauterize is a Fire spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 15 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 1 sec. It also casts Cauterize (record #106886).

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the MoP Classic client, build 5.5.4.70631. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
