Frost
Tooltip
Inflicts 4 to 6 additional Frost damage per swing.
How it works
It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 42. Its base value is 100. It triggers Chilling Blow.
What it does
Chilling Blow is a Frost spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and a 5 sec cooldown. When cast it applies an aura. It also casts Chilling Blow (record #55756).
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the MoP Classic client, build 5.5.4.70631. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
