How it works

What it does
Cobalt Petrification is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura every 4 sec. It also casts Cobalt Petrification (record #115861) and Cobalt Petrification (record #115864).
