Each cast of Cone of Cold costs 120 Mana. Its dispel type is client id 1. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Cone of Cold is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 33. Its base value is -60. Its area radius is 15 yards.
  2. Effect 2 is School Damage (effect type 2). Its base value is 99. It scales with 1 times spell power. Its area radius is 15 yards.
