How it works

Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Empower is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Heal (effect type 10). Its base value is 6000000.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 61. Its base value is 30.

What it does

Empower is a Physical spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it heals (base value 6000000) and applies an aura.
