How it works

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 123. Its base value is -30. It triggers Elixir of Empowerment.

What it does

Empowerment is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 1 hr. When cast it applies an aura. It also casts Elixir of Empowerment.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the MoP Classic client, build 5.5.4.70631. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
