How it works
Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met. It can proc at most once every 8 sec.

Felfire Proc is a Fire spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura. It also casts Felfire.
