Flamestrike

Tooltip

Calls down a pillar of flame, burning all enemies in a selected area and inflicting additional damage every 2 sec. for 12 sec.

How it works

Each cast of Flamestrike costs 260 Mana. It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Flamestrike is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is School Damage (effect type 2). Its base value is 4625. It scales with 1 times spell power. Its area radius is 10 yards.
  2. Effect 2 is Persistent Area Aura (effect type 27). It applies aura type 3. Its base value is 2806 per tick. It scales with 0.1 times spell power. Its area radius is 8 yards. It ticks every 2 sec, 6 times over the full 12 sec (16836 base in total).

What it does

Flamestrike is a Fire spell with a 1.5 sec cast, an unlimited range, a 3 sec cooldown and effects that last 12 sec. When cast it deals Fire damage (base value 4625) in a 10 yard radius and leaves a persistent area effect on the ground in an 8 yard radius every 2 sec.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the MoP Classic client, build 5.5.4.70631. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
