How it works
It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. Its area radius is 40 yards. It ticks every 1 sec, 5 times over the full 5 sec. It triggers Freezing Beam.
What it does
Freezing Beam is a Frost spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 1.5 sec cooldown and effects that last 5 sec. When cast it applies an aura in a 40 yard radius every 1 sec. It also casts Freezing Beam (record #78178).
