How it works

Its dispel type is client id 1. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Frost Breath is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Dummy (effect type 3). Its base value is 40. Its area radius is 50 yards.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 89. Its base value is 40 per tick. Its area radius is 30 yards. It ticks every 1 sec, 9 times over the full 9 sec (360 base in total).
