Can only be used on your own belt, and doing so will cause it to become soulbound. Requires at least 450 skill in Engineering to use.

What it does

Invisibility Field is a spell with a 5 sec cast and no range (it targets the caster). When cast it enchants an item. The client files the whole spell under the discovery mechanic.
