How it works
Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its dispel type is client id 1.
Moonfire is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 3. Its base value is 1 per tick. It scales with 0.24 times spell power. It ticks every 2 sec, 7 times over the full 14 sec (7 base in total).
- Effect 2 is School Damage (effect type 2). Its base value is 1. It scales with 0.24 times spell power.

Moonfire is an Arcane spell with an instant cast, a range of 40 yards and effects that last 14 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 2 sec and deals Arcane damage (base value 1).
