How it works

  1. Effect 1 is effect type 77, which the datamine does not name. Its base value is 66228.

What it does

Nether Power is a Shadow spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and a 6 sec cooldown.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the MoP Classic client, build 5.5.4.70631. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
