Increases spell power by 50, and decreases the magical resistances of your spell targets by 100 for 30 sec.
How it works
Obsidian Insight is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 13. Its base value is 50. It scales with 1 times spell power.
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 123. Its base value is -100. It scales with 1 times spell power.
- Effect 3 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 135. Its base value is 50.
What it does
Obsidian Insight is an Arcane spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 30 sec. When cast it applies an aura.
