The Clearcasting state reduces the Mana, Rage or Energy cost of your next cast-time damaging or healing spell or offensive feral ability by 100%.
How it works
It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its dispel type is client id 1. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 42. It scales with 1 times spell power. It triggers Clearcasting.
What it does
Omen of Clarity is a spell with an instant cast and no range (it targets the caster). When cast it applies an aura. It also casts Clearcasting.
