How it works

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. Its base value is 1 per tick. It ticks every 1 sec, 3 times over the full 3 sec (3 base in total). It triggers Permafrost.

What it does

Permafrost is a Frost spell with an instant cast, a range of 100 yards and effects that last 3 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 1 sec. It also casts Permafrost (record #86081).

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the MoP Classic client, build 5.5.4.70631. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
