Calls upon the power of Frost to increase the Death Knight's Strength by 20%. Icy crystals hang heavy upon the Death Knight's body, providing immunity against external movement and all effects that cause loss of control, but also reducing movement speed by 70% while active. Lasts 20 sec.

How it works

Each cast of Pillar of Frost costs 1 Power (21). It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
