How it works
- Effect 1 is Create Item (effect type 24). Its base value is 1.
What it does
Potion of Focus is a spell with a 1.5 sec cast and no range (it targets the caster). When cast it creates an item. The client files the whole spell under the discovery mechanic.
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the MoP Classic client, build 5.5.4.70631. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
