How it works
Power Circle is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 4. It scales with 1 times spell power.
- Effect 2 is Trigger Spell (effect type 64). It triggers Power Circle.
What it does
Power Circle is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 15 sec. When cast it applies an aura. It also casts Power Circle (record #45043).
