How it works
Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met. It can proc at most once every 0.5 sec.
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 42. It triggers Converted Power.
What it does
Power Conversion is an Arcane spell with a 1.5 sec cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 10 sec. When cast it applies an aura. It also casts Converted Power.
