Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met. It can proc at most once every 1 sec.
Rusting is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 42. It triggers Rusting.
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 42. It triggers spell id 115638.
What it does
Rusting is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura. It also casts Rusting (record #113765).
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the MoP Classic client, build 5.5.4.70631. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
