- Effect 1 is Knock Back (effect type 98). Its base value is 200.
- Effect 2 is Trigger Spell (effect type 64). It triggers Safe Fall.
What it does
Ruthers' Knockback is a spell with an instant cast and an unlimited range. When cast it has a Knock Back effect. It also casts Safe Fall.
