How it works
It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 42. It triggers Savagery.
What it does
Savage Rend is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and a 10 sec cooldown. When cast it applies an aura. The client files the whole spell under the bleeding mechanic. It also casts Savagery.
