How it works
Shout Rage Bonus is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Energize (effect type 30). Its base value is 200.
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 94.
What it does
Shout Rage Bonus is a Physical spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 6 sec. When cast it restores a resource (base value 200) and applies an aura.
