How it works
Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 232. Its base value is -10.
What it does
Silence Duration Reduced by 10% is a Holy spell with an instant cast and no range (it targets the caster). When cast it applies an aura.
